Residential Specialty Inspections
Aerial Property Inspection
Elevated Property Analysis Without Risk or Limited Access
Aerial inspection can be combined with thermal imaging and full property inspections to provide a more detailed and comprehensive analysis of the structure.
The aerial inspection is particularly useful for evaluating:
- Roof Surfaces, Slopes & Overall Condition
- Chimneys, Vents & Roof Penetrations
- Gutters, Drainage Paths & Roof Transitions
- Site Layout, Grading & Drainage Patterns
- Exterior Conditions from Multiple Elevations
All aerial imaging is performed by an FAA Part 107 certified operator and incorporated into a structured inspection report for clear documentation and review.
This service is non-invasive and observational in nature and may be performed as a standalone service or in conjunction with other inspection services to provide a more complete understanding of the property.
When This Inspection Is Recommended
Roofs that are steep, high, or difficult to safely access
Tile, metal, or fragile roofing systems
Properties requiring detailed visual documentation
Pre-purchase inspections where full roof visibility is limited
Situations where safety or access restricts traditional inspection methods
MOVE FORWARD WITH CONFIDENCE
The resulting aerial documentation also serves as a valuable visual record of the property’s condition at the time of inspection, which can be useful for future reference, maintenance planning, or insurance-related documentation.
