Moisture-related issues often develop out of sight and can impact both the condition of a property and the quality of the indoor environment. Left unaddressed, these conditions can lead to material deterioration, persistent odors and potential air quality concerns. This assessment is designed to identify early indicators of these issues—before they become more significant problems.
This service consists of a non-invasive evaluation utilizing visual inspection, moisture detection tools and environmental observations to identify areas of concern. When appropriate, sampling may be performed to further assess indoor air quality conditions.

All findings are documented in a structured report outlining observed conditions, areas of concern and recommendations for further evaluation where appropriate.
This service is non-invasive and does not include remediation, testing for specific contaminants beyond the scope of the inspection, or corrective work. Any identified conditions should be further evaluated or addressed by appropriately licensed or specialized professionals.
