Sewer/Septic & Drain Line Scope Inspection
Identify Hidden Drainage Failures Before They Become Costly Repairs
Underground drainage systems are one of the most critical and most overlooked, components of a property. Because these systems are not visible during a standard inspection, issues such as blockages, damage or deterioration can go undetected until they result in costly repairs. A Sewer & Drain Line Scope Inspection provides a direct visual evaluation of these systems using specialized camera equipment.
This service involves inserting a high-resolution inspection camera into accessible cleanouts or drain openings to visually assess the interior condition of the piping system. The inspection focuses on identifying observable issues such as:
- Blockages & Obstructions
- Cracks, Separations & Misaligned Joints
- Root Intrusion Within Sewer Lines
- Deterioration or Corrosion of Piping Materials
Video and images captured during the inspection are incorporated into a structured report, providing clear documentation of the system’s condition at the time of inspection.
This inspection is limited to accessible portions of the system and does not include excavation, system cleaning or full operational testing of septic systems. Septic tank evaluation, pumping and certification may require additional services by licensed septic professionals.
Any deficiencies or concerns identified should be further evaluated and addressed by appropriately licensed plumbing or septic contractors.
